Furniture deliveries usually take an estimated 5 -10 working days, depending
on location, item and timing of order (i.e. if ordered over the weekend).

We use a network of specialist furniture carriers who specifically handle
antique furniture & delicate items. So you have peace of mind the item will arrive in one piece and with great care. 

All deliveries are one-man deliveries (for cost reasons) and to the ground floor. Help will be required, unless you specify a two-man delivery at an additional cost.

You will need to arrange for the safe return of any item or items purchased. Please ensure the goods are returned in the same condition as sent to you.

You will be responsible for all return cost.

Once we have received your return, we will refund you the cost of the item/items, less any initial delivery and packaging costs, within 14 days.

Last of all, if returning an item, please advise us when we are likely to expect the item. We can then book this in and make sure we are available to except the item.
