When any timber is sourced to create a wonderful piece of bedside furniture, someone has hand selected something special, once they have worked on the piece of timber, it has then been positioned to highlight the detail, magic happens and it comes to life.
Maybe just a humble bedside cupboard, or pot cupboard from 100 plus years ago. But study the timber, check out the skirting detail, the chamfered corners, the beading trim following the edges and the tiny nuances that creates the piece. You have something very special. Secondly, it has survived all this time to now be enjoyed again by someone else for a decade or more.
As we all rush around at breakneck speed take the time, study and look closely at the detail. If you don't, you miss great pieces of furniture right under your nose.
This bedside cupboard/cabinet is the tiny fretwork bracketed feet, a real gem. Plus, the original turned knobs. Wow comes to mind!

Condition: As you can imagine, our products have had a life before we got them, been used and cherished by many others before we received them. Therefore, you will see signs of ageing, natural wear, fading & marks which create their unique look. The door has an ancient split in the timber, not structurally affecting the door, just part of the timber. Overall the condition is good and the condition is commensurate with its age. Unless specified ornaments or props shown are not included.

Furniture deliveries usually take an estimated 5 -10 working days, depending
on location, item and timing of order (i.e. if ordered over the weekend).
We use a network of specialist furniture carriers who specifically handle
antique furniture & delicate items. So you have peace of mind the item will arrive in one piece and with great care.
All deliveries are one-man deliveries (for cost reasons) and to the ground floor. Help will be required, unless you specify a two-man delivery at an additional cost.
