This antique brass telescopic wine table, dating from circa 1860–1890, exemplifies the Victorian era’s blend of elegance and practicality. Featuring a height-adjustable central shaft, this piece is ideal for serving wine, tea, or as a refined occasional table.
The wrythen column—an intricate spiral-turned design—echoes Baroque and Rococo influences and highlights the artisan craftsmanship of the period. At its base, three striking lion’s paw feet lend a sense of classical grandeur and timeless appeal.
