These industrial table lamps are constructed from genuine vintage printing block letters, once used in the age of hand-set letterpress printing. Each wooden block carries layers of history—ink traces, worn edges, and time-softened surfaces—creating a richly tactile and visually engaging base.
Dating primarily from the 19th century, with some letterforms rooted in much earlier printing traditions, the blocks reflect centuries of typographic craftsmanship.
