Dutch Repousse Brass Cushion Framed Mirror with Arched Crest
An exquisite 19th century Dutch repousse brass cushion framed mirror with arched crest and original mirror. The back has a metal plate holding the mirror in place with a bridge support for the arched section.
There are small intricate mirror pieces set amongst the arch section. Mirror sections run around the cushioned area. The central mirrored glass is bevelled around the edges giving the piece a luxurious feel.
There is an aged patina to all the brass and the plates are all intact, all in keeping with an antique mirror. A beautiful mirror in good condition commensurate with its age.
