Very nice antique, near matching in height, pair of wrought iron storm lanterns with their original hand blown glass. 

The glass to both lanterns is original, antique and is hand blown due the the wavy uneven glass and air bubbles in each piece.

The tripod stands are original as well and show all the signs of early forge work with the way the iron has been made, shaped and fixed.

Beautifully shaped fluted glass shape that sits snuggly into the wrought tripod stand. The finial bases unscrews, so you can remove the glass for cleaning any wax from the candle cup below (both fit loosely). One sits higher than than the other.

Both lanterns are in good condition apart from one small ancient chip and crack to the top edge of one and very small crack to other along the top edge (see images). Neither affect the use or stability.

Condition: As you can imagine our products had a life before we got them. Therefore, you will see signs of ageing & marks which create their unique look. Overall the condition is a good condition commensurate with its age. Some small chips and two small cracks along top edges of each.
