Coffee Table Made With Chinese Carved & Painted Foo (Fu) Dogs
Unique one of a kind, never see another coffee table. Featuring two intricately carved and painted Chinese Foo Dogs with a 10mm thick toughened glass top bridging their backs.
Its unique eye-catching design adds a touch of the Far East to any living space.
The Chinese Foo carved and painted Foo dogs or Fu Dogs. Supplied with a 10mm thick 1000mm x 520mm toughened glass top (glass top is brand new). Top is shown sitting on the back of both dogs.
These beautifully carved Foo dogs with curled tails have a wonderful vintage painted finish in shades of blue and green. The paint work shows incredible age and looks stunning in different light.
Would be a stunning centre piece as it could be used as a coffee table by sitting glass across the backs of the dogs. You will never see another pair like these two.
Foo dogs resemble two Chinese dog breeds associated with lions. Foo dogs are symbolic protective statues, always a pair one female, the other male.

We use a network of specialist furniture carriers who specifically handle antique furniture & delicate items. So you have peace of mind the item will arrive in
one piece and with great care.
All deliveries are one man deliveries (for cost reasons) and to the ground floor. Help will be required, unless you specify a two man delivery at an additional cost.
